Stacey Dooley is trading as the 9/2 favourite with William Hill and she’s clearly got the moves like Jagger if the early signs are right, with the TV presenter also likeable and dancing with Kevin Clifton.

Ashley Roberts is also a fantastic mover at 5/1 odds, with the former Pussycat Doll having previously fared well in I’m a Celebrity and the American will hope to emulate Nicole Scherzinger winning the US version of Strictly.

Joe Sugg is a YouTube sensation and won’t be known to many of the viewers initially although the youngster has been a massive market mover since the odds were launched and it’s possible that he could be a grower, with people liking a dancer to experience a journey on SCD.

Vick Hope is a radio DJ for Capital FM, with the bubbly character likely to reach the business end of the competition and she’s another who looks capable of adapting to different types of dance, with more celebrities trading at short prices than ever before.

Faye Tozer and Charles Venn come next in the betting. Tozer is part of the pop group Steps and looks to have sweet feet, while Venn will enter the diagram and he’s a confident sort that is usually seen appearing on Casualty.

Danny John-Jules is a 10/1 poke and the Red Dwarf actor has plenty of personality although he might grate with some viewers, with Lauren Steadman trading at similar odds and she is sure to get fans onside after her heroics as a Team GB paralympic athlete.

Ranj Singh appears on daytime TV and looks like the sort who could garner plenty of votes, while he’s also featured on CBeebies where he makes people better and sings songs. Be happy, be healthy and get well soon. Good if your dance partner sprains their ankle.

Graeme Swann is a 20/1 shot and could bowl them over on the dance floor, with Katie Piper trading at similar betting odds and then we come to the rags in the market, with Kate Silverton, Seann Walsh and Susannah Constantine likely to be among those who exit the competition early.
