BettingOdds.com are delighted to sponsor UK horse racing and they’ll be in attendance at Kempton on Saturday 12 January to watch Big Time Dancer run in the Unibet Lanzarote Hurdle at Kempton.
The race is due off at 2.40 and it’s an opportunity for BettingOdds.com-sponsored Big Time Dancer to test himself against a high-quality field, with the horse currently trading at around 25/1.
Big Time Dancer is part-owned by Andrew Bell, the owner and CEO of BettingOdds.com, with Andrew excited about the horse running in such a prestigious race.
Andrew told BettingOdds.com: “We have a couple of options on the table for the next race but decided that the horse deserved a chance to prove himself at a higher grade.
“It’s going to be a big ask to see Big Time Dancer win the race although we’re confident that the trainer has the horse primed for a big run and hopefully he can give a good account of himself.”
Jennie Candlish is the trainer in question, with the horse having previously won at Doncaster in a six-runner field on 1 December. Sent off at 12/1, Big Time Dancer made victory look easy thanks to a ten-length victory.
Previously to this, the horse finished second in a race at Wetherby, once again outrunning his odds of 20/1 and it’s not beyond the realms of possibility that he can win again.
Kloud Gate looks set to go off as favourite to win the race at Kempton, with the Gary Moore charge currently at around the 7/2 mark, while Lord Napier runs for Peter Bowen and this is the sort of stiff competition that Big Time Dancer will face.
